Damon 3 - extreme heat workout

Here is the third and hardest heat workout of Damon!

He made a 75 minutes long routine in 40 Degrees Celsius! Many exercises without rest! He pushed really his limits!

He told me after the routine: "It was my hardest workout in my life!" He losed his control at the end and many times he had dizzinness! But he made the routine!!! He is a very strong boy!!!
