IHOR and DAMON competition part 1

Here is the first part of the Ihor+Damon competition video.

They made many exercises, penalties and poses in at all 90 minutes.

After every exercises the loser had to make penalty: pushups, plank, or burpees. The two boys are amazing! They made in every exercises the maximum reps!
